James RANDELL about 1750
John Randell, Ironmonger and Carpenter is the oldest of the North Walsham, Randells to appear in the first census of 1841 but his birth is recorded in the Barningham Parish Register as 12 July, 1777. His parents were James and Esther Randell who lived in the area around Barningham, Norfolk. The wedding certificate of John Randell to Jane Osborn confirms this and further states James Randell had the occupation of farmer.
